1. Why this page exists
This is the current list of service providers who may process data on Pullgrab's behalf, so it is easy to check without reading the full Privacy Policy.
2. In use today
Cloudflare, Inc. — network, security, DNS and the Turnstile bot-verification challenge; processes connection metadata. Verified 2026-09-15.
Apify s.r.o. — extraction provider; receives only the Instagram link you submit, or, for a Pro profile export, the profile username, to fetch the requested public content. Verified 2026-09-24.
Stripe, Inc. — payment processor for Pullgrab Pro subscriptions; receives your payment details directly, which Pullgrab never sees, and your email address to link the subscription to your account. Verified 2026-09-24.
InterServer, Inc. — hosting provider for the server that runs Pullgrab, stores its database, and, temporarily, Pro profile-export ZIP files awaiting download. Verified 2026-09-24.
Cloudflare Email Routing and our mailbox provider — deliver messages sent to hello@, legal@ and [email protected], and login-link and export-ready emails to signed-in Pro subscribers. Verified 2026-09-24.
3. Not used today
Pullgrab does not use an advertising network or a third-party analytics service today. This page will be updated, with a new verification date, before either is enabled.
