This page lists real changes to Pullgrab, in order. We keep it because a moving product deserves an honest record, not because anyone asked us to.

2026-09-24 — First how-to guides

Published the first two guide articles: how to download Reels on iPhone and Android, and why some Instagram videos won't download.

2026-09-21 — Fixed a video compatibility issue

Some downloaded videos wouldn't open in certain apps, even though the file was complete. The site now detects this automatically and retries with a different method, so the file you get opens normally.

2026-09-16 — Added an About page

A short page about who operates Pullgrab and why it exists.

2026-09-15 — Published our legal pages

Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Privacy Choices, Copyright, Sub-processors and Contact, in English, Italian and Spanish.

2026-09-13 — Fixed a playback bug on some networks

Certain Instagram CDN links were redirecting to a different server, which the proxy didn't follow yet. Some downloads failed on mobile networks until this was fixed.

2026-09-12 — Pullgrab launched
