1. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing or using Pullgrab you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 13 years old to use Pullgrab; if you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you must be at least 16, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
2. What Pullgrab does
Pullgrab lets you download content that Instagram already shows to the public: videos, Reels, photos and photo carousels, from a link you paste yourself. No Instagram account is required to use the free download feature, and Pullgrab never asks for, receives or stores an Instagram password.
3. Content you may download
You may only submit links to content you own or that you are otherwise authorized to save and reuse. You are responsible for how you use downloaded content, including compliance with copyright law and Instagram's own terms. Private accounts, close-friends stories, and any content that requires logging in to view are not supported by design and will not be retrieved, regardless of what your own Instagram account can see.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Service to infringe someone else's rights; automate or script requests beyond ordinary personal use; attempt to bypass rate limits, the bot-verification check or advertising; probe, scan or interfere with the Service's infrastructure; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. We may throttle, block or suspend access, without notice, to protect the Service or other users.
5. Availability
Pullgrab depends on Instagram's own systems, which we do not control and which can change or restrict access at any time. We do not guarantee that any particular link, account or type of content can be downloaded, and we may add, change or remove features at any time.
6. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bitmap Coders LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed 100 USD.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Bitmap Coders LLC harmless from claims, damages and expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not resolved informally within 30 days may be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to their jurisdiction; alternatively, either party may elect to resolve the dispute by binding, individual arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. No class actions.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes are reflected in the version number and effective date at the top of this page; continued use after a change means you accept the update.
